Routine maintenance is performed every weekend beginning on Saturday at 10:00 PM until Sunday at 9:00 AM, Eastern Time.
Routine maintenance includes, although is not limited to, such activities as installing new or updated software on servers; applying critical patches issued by either CompuGroup Medical or a 3rd party vendor; adding, removing, or replacing hardware; bringing new servers/switches online; or upgrading firmware on servers/switches, etc. Such activities may cause downtime during the maintenance window. Although such downtime should be minimal, it may periodically run the entire course of the maintenance window. CompuGroup Medical will not publish advance notification of maintenance performed within the routine maintenance window.
If you believe that a particular scheduled maintenance window is likely to have a significant and adverse impact on your activities, please contact the CGM DAQbilling Support Team at least 24 hours prior to the fixed maintenance period in question.
